Analysis: Which NEPSAC girls’ teams have the most college commitments this season?

A new high school soccer season is underway.

Teams from the NEPSAC, MIAA, CIAC and beyond kicked off play across the region over the last few weeks, beginning a two-month sprint to the postseason in November.

The return of high school soccer arrives following a busy summer recruiting period that featured plenty of college commitments, especially on the girls’ side. We have accounted for 111 girls’ commitments in our Class of 2026 database, plus an additional 25 in the Class of 2027.

That left me thinking: Which high school teams have the most college commitments for the 2025 season?

I started with the NEPSAC. According to our database, 44 of the 111 committed players (40 percent) are from the NEPSAC. That number aligns with the Class of 2025, which had over 50 college commitments from the NEPSAC. Furthermore, 13 of the 25 committed players (52 percent) in the Class of 2027 are from the NEPSAC, although that sample size is still small.

So which NEPSAC schools have the most college commitments? We had two schools lead the way with five commitments, and four schools have four commitments. Spoiler alert: they are the schools you’d expect. Still, this was a fun exercise to conduct. We’ll take a similar look at public schools shortly.
